Industrial Packaging Kits

    The Industrial Packaging Kit is a packaging system consisting of a wooden, cardboard or plastic pallet, to which we glue a folding carton with all the necessary components to become an industrial packaging system.

    The design of the kit allows us to deliver the container folded and sewn to the pallet so that all the components necessary to pack the product are in a single package, thus reducing space in the warehouse, in transport and time of use by the operators.

    CONSUMPTION KIT

    The Consumption Kit consists of an outer cardboard body glued to the wooden pallet together with an inner ring made to measure, according to the weight and stacking specifications of the product to be packed, and a lid to cover the entire product. It features corner protectors to resist stacking of the containers.

    This kit is especially suitable for large volume and weight products. It is very easy to assemble and use thanks to its pre-assembled and folded presentation, thus reducing the logistic costs of assembly and storage since the space it occupies is equivalent to the perimeter of the pallet base.

    FOLDING KIT

    The Folding Kit is composed of a container stapled to a pallet, according to the volume, weights, loads and stacking specifications of the products to be packed..

    The container has two top closure options: with flaps or with a lid. In both cases it is folded and pre-assembled for use. This reduces assembly, storage and transport costs, since the space it occupies in the warehouse is equal to the perimeter of the pallet and it can be assembled with a simple opening movement. This packaging kit is particularly suitable for medium weight products and large volumes.

    WOOD REINFORCED KIT

    We design and manufacture industrial folding kits with wood reinforcements in order to meet the most demanding mechanical requirements, not only in terms of weight and stacking resistance, but also expansion resistance.

    In many cases the deformation of the containers is due to the use of these for bulk products and the expansion force of these, therefore the wood reinforcements manage to solve these problems.

    Fully customizable, all parts are delivered inside the kit in folded form, reducing storage and transport costs.

    The front door can be fastened with Velcro, clips or by the top cover itself.

    KIT EXTRA LONG

    The Extra Long packaging kit is characterized by its large dimensions, it can be manufactured in a wrap-around format with two "U" shaped pieces, a lower and an upper one to form the body of the container, and sides with wooden reinforcements to close the container.

    In this case the kit is manufactured according to the weight and expansion force specifications of the product to be packed. We also offer the option of supplying the wooden pallets to the size of the container. The other manufacturing option is a folding kit format but with pallets specially designed or manufactured for this type of needs.

    These kits are specially indicated for long and heavy products. Its composition together with the lateral wooden reinforcements form a solid block that makes it suitable for the packaging of heavy bulk products, such as metallic rods or elongated structures.
